I have started it as well, but then I go back and forth with other programs. As long as your dedicated it's pretty great. (I just don't have the money for the supplements mentioned so I just skip them).

Glad everyones day is going well! I have been having a pretty good week. Watching calories, working out fun stuff. Has anyone ever tried Paddle Board Yoga? They are offer it at my University sometimes and I have always wanted to try it.

Usually I do strength training every other day (and cardio six days a week, at least thirty minutes of it). So today I was able to get at least thirty minutes of cardio in (plus working as a swim instructor has it's perks, I'm always swimming to catch up with my students). For me, I would say Glenn or Maggie. It isn't because they are weak, it's because they love each other so much that they would do anything for one another. I really hope they don't die though, that would just hurt my already bruised heart.
