I have gone from doing weight training every other day to doing kickboxing and brazilian jiu jitsu, feel sore as hell but its a new challenge both physically and mentally

Just hit the healthy bmi range of 25,hopefully i can go down a bit further,its odd considering i am taking a week off of training,and now i am hitting the healthy weight,good eating helps just as much as good training,takes me to 80lbs lost,maybe will look at another 10/15lbs perhaps.

Someone turning around and saying they were more physically attracted too you when you was morbidly obese compared to now(did not see that one coming)

7 and a half months done,78lbs gone,maybe another 20 odd lbs too go,not decided yet.

at the moment i feel like a defelated version of the marshmallow man lol.

the annoying thing at the moment is people saying i am too thin,i am far from thin,or feel far from thin,and i still consider my self a work in progress.

whenever i see a big person exercise be it jogging out in the street or whatever,i think good for them,at least they are attempting to do something about it,i was that person once,you might find people giving odd looks but end of the day that big person running down the road could well be a lot fitter then what that person…

Strength training at home is fine,if you have nice weather out you can even do it in your back garden, if you have kettlebells dumbells that is great as you will be able to take them outside to exercise as well as inside, depends on the weather etc,what exercise's you are looking at doing.(if you have the room inside etc)…

Weighing all the food that i ate has played a bigger part then exercising 24/7, plus self determination and motivation to reach that "goal".

I know i have lost the weight due to having to buy smaller clothing , but that doubt and fear is always there. I weigh my self everyday just to make sure that i stay on course weigh everything scan everything i guess its the mental obstical that ill have to overcome. I guess weight loss is not just about the physical…
