I had a back pain issue and was diagnosed with Sciatica. The only thing that helps me is exercise and weight loss. I have to do it for my health. I have been one of those people that was fat but what I considered healthy. Perfect blood work, could still play sports and never had any blood pressure issues then this happened.

I wouldn't do anything until the doctor releases you as far as physical activity goes. I would keep tracking calories very accurately during this time so that you gain minimal weight if any.

I don't go with the lower one. I use this website here to get my calorie totals: http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html It has worked for me so far. I am 40 lbs. down and steadily losing 2 lbs. a week. I didn't put it on overnight so I don't expect to lose it fast either. I also do not eat back the calories when…

Honestly, there is no reason to eat clean unless that's really what you want to do. I believe in eating anything and everything in moderation. If my calories allow for it, I am going to eat it. So far I have lost 40+ lbs. thinking this way with about 100 more to go. You can add me if you want. There is no reason to deprive…
