We actually went yesterday..I popped a bag of 100 calorie popcorn and spray butter to share and cut up an apple and brought a vitamin water..kids had Jr. Mints

I love it when I first started out and said how much I wanted to lose and was told that was too much for my height! How does anyone know what is too much for me! I said I wanted to-doesn't mean I can't stop whenever I feel I want to and maintain. I say just do what you want its your body and don't worry what anyone else…

Lucky to be in FL so can walk most of the time. I have a very active English Shepard so we walk everyday sometimes twice a day. She likes to walk fast! I feel guilty if we don't go...she stalks me around the house till we go:)

Fantastic! You just upped my motivation. I use to work out on machines but also heard free weights were "better". It's hard for me to get really motivated to do free...so I'm going back to machines for now. Thanks for sharing!

I have mine connected and works. I read somewhere device has to be close to phone app or computer to sync..whichever your using at the moment. Did u go to steps under more and turn on Fitbit?

Started today add me in..started a few months ago but it had me sore for days and never started back. I've been cycling and gym for last 2 weeks so maybe I won't be so sore tomorrow. Will fight through it! I see good results on boards so let's do it!! I need this

Hi! You can add me. I am new to MFP and still learning how to do things. I'm never sure I'm posting correctly so hopefully this gets through:). I'm 5'2" and CW of 164. Lost 35 lbs 2 yrs ago on Medifast and gained back as soon as I went back to real food. I think I've finally learned it can't be a quick fix! I go on and off…
