Need Help!! Stuck for 5 Weeks!!

Ok! I've read lots of posts of people on a plateau but I'm getting frustrated and straying from what I know are the right things to do.. I started Jan. 27th and in 3 months lost 19 pounds..I walked everyday and stayed under goal (1300)..for a month I have not lost weight or inches. Actually gained so now I'm not walking but maybe twice a week and seem to go over goal about 4 days a week so I know why I'm not losing anymore but why can't I start back to what I was doing!! I always get to this certain weight and can't lose more?? Went from 164 to 145..5'2" 49 yrs..

Yep! Followed chart and didn't take long to figure what I knew! Lower calories/DAILY exercise not every few days! Thanks!0
