Awesome! I am now on Day 41. It’s tough but doable. I had a dream last night that I ate one Skittle. One. So I had to start over. Lol. It’s deep in my brain now.

Thank you for posting this! I am 5' 9" and my goal honestly is 185. And I'll see how I feel at that weight. Maybe then go to 175. But I could NEVER get down to 150 and maintain it. Ever. People are calling me "skinny" now and I'm not down to 185 at all.

I totally agree here. I have BEEN in your shoes. My highest weight many years ago was in the same ballpark. 343. I've gained and lost too many pounds over the years to count them. But 1200 calories is WAY too restrictive for long term success. Short term it will give you results, but maintaining that is unrealistic. You…

So great! And I totally understand. There have been winters where my winter coat just did not close. Or fit at all. And I just pretended that I didn't feel like zipping it even though I was FREEZING. This year I can CLOSE my coat.

Laughing Cow cheeses are great. Spreads easy on toast and its 35 calories a wedge. Spicy pepper jack is my favorite. But there are lots of flavors, savory and sweet.

Easiest thing ever. Boneless skinless chicken thighs, sprinkled liberally with Bourbon brown sugar McCormick spice blend, and put it in my George Foreman Grill. 5 minutes. Easy peasy.

I'm just a little shy of 1600 calories myself. I was as low as 1300 and I was HUNGRY! 1600 works and I lose. :)

Try club soda and Mio flavor drops. 0 calories and lots of different flavors. I love it.
