75 Hard Summer Participants?
Anyone currently doing 75 Hard? I am on Day 34. For diet I’m using MFP to manage total calories, no sweets/desserts, no fast food/junk food, no alcohol and calorie limit of course. Just started a 3rd book, drinking my gallon of water a day and headed for my outdoor workout now. It’s been tough, but very rewarding!
