These are so inspirational! Great job to all of you. MFP is truly the only thing that has worked for me. Counting calories on her actually give me the thrust I need to go to the gym!1

Me, too! I couldn't ever figure out how to lose weight effectively! MFP is so easy and finally works! I feel in control of myself, finally!1 -

As of this morning I am at 151.1 pounds lost, TYVM. I am not sure what you mean by "other than diet" I am going to assume you mean surgeries. I have not had any surgeries to help me lose weight. A lot of walking and not eating junk food. I do play WallyBall two times a week and I jog on occasion for short distances. Besides that and the physical activity I do at work is the extent of my physical activity.1 -
