I'm 5'4 and have a muscular build from being such a badass fatty. I love sports and going out but did them less when I gained weight. Started off the weight loss with Medifast and weened off of it after 3 months. Did it myself after that in a very liberal keto-style diet. Under 100g carbs a day and daily caloric intake under 1600.
I never danced before that. Now I'm a crazy raver. Losing 60lbs changed my life. It's 100x easier to talk to people when your self esteem isn't shot.

Before: 220-ish pounds, size 16
During: 165 pounds, size 10
Goal: 145-150 pounds
I'm proud of how far I've come. My 'during' photo only happened because I was having an awkward moment when I realized how 'small' I had gotten. I'm wearing fleece lined leggings under the jeans, a tank top and the sweater. It took me a year to get serious and really try. Then another year to actually lose 55 pounds.
