And I just bought myself a Fitbit! 😥😥😥

I use mostly free weights too! Just, as a girl, there's not many of us in the free weight section. 🤔

Thanks everyone!

I had a garage full of equipment and used it but had to sell it all due to economic issues. I live in a small apartment and have some kettlebells and such. I work out with a trainer at the gym after work during the busiest time! 😥 But at least we have first dibs. I just hate working out on my own.

Gyms are festered full with germs! Why would anyone go to the gym sick? Take a walk around the block, get a hot shower and take it easy. Rest is the best thing for any illness.

"As for the rest of your post, I'm not sure what you're talking with regards to "If you don't agree with me then you're mean and you don't follow the community rules and I'm gonna report you thread.". No one has said that and frankly there haven't been any posts that even come close to warrenting being reported (I say this…

A real therapy dog doesn't get distracted to sniff people and equipment. So if this dog can be in the gym I guess I can bring in a snake, or a bird or a rat? Maybe this lady should work out at home.

PS... The man in the video went over exactly what the title of this thread is, Skinny Privilege or Life Consequences. So I did stay on topic!

This thread isn't about debating. It's about, If you don't agree with me then you're mean and you don't follow the community rules and I'm gonna report you thread. I posted on here because I watched a video that was shared and I happen to agree with the man in the video. I also posted a link to a site showing numbers about…

The percentage of overweight people in the early 80s and earlier was much lower than now. It's a fact! People who overeat do it to themselves. I made myself fat by eating. I don't understand where it started, in our society, that being fat is ok. It has nothing to do with vanity and everything to do with health; fat people…

If I were so unhappy with my face due to weight lose I'd save up for a face lift. The cost in the long run is much greater when you're fat over being skinny with a face skin issues that could be improved with a face lift.

No! Look back in time. If there was "skinny privilege" then that means there's always been overweight people and that's not the case. Back in the early 80s and before everyone was thin. [edited by MFP Mods]

I also agree with the above but you won't be starving if you decrease your intake to 1200 a day untill your vacation. You just can't go on a binge during your visit to London. Then when you get back resume as you were.

Rabbit, The only time I use it is before exercise. Does that warrant a visit to a asthma specialist? I guess since I never had an issue before and it only happens after exercise I didn't consider it real asthma. 😥

I watch exercise and diet experts and spiritual viedos. I also follow two people who live in their car! LOL! Oh and a relationship expert too!

Ruby, I am also a binge eater. I was attending Over Eaters Anonymous but stopped going. The meetings actually do help and you can attend a group via phone too.

As another poster listed look for a powder that doesn't contain a lot of fillers. And look at the sugar content. Some store brands are very inexpensive and they are just as good as name brand. I have mine with almost anything; in the bullet! Mixed berries, banana, peanut butter even spinach and celery! If I'm trying to cut…
