I am getting anxiety thinking about all of the new people at the gym. It's already crowded. Does anyone else have issues working out in crowded gyms?

Protein to Low
My trainer is getting on me about my lack of protein and too high of fat. Any recipes here for high protein low fat dishes? This morning I actually made a oatmeal bowl and ended being 57 grams of protein! LOL! But I need help or other ideas!

I am fat and think fat shaming is ok!
Let's be real here I am fat! It has nothing to do with the color of my skin or my gender. It's because I ate too much. If we can't deal with that then we might as well crawl under a rock somewhere with a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni!
