I would wait 6 weeks before changing your plan. For me it takes a few weeks to see improvement on the scale and 3 more to see improvement on my body.0

It takes me amount a full month of actually doing what I'm supposed to be doing to see any scale movement.
Dont forgot to take your measurements! And if you're not sure about calories look up Scooby's TDEE calculator (google it)
food is important so you don't want to eat too little either.0 -
Thanks! Gonna keep at it!0

First off.... you can do it!! I have the exact same problem, and it kills my motivation. But, I recently saw a drop in weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and an increase in muscle tone in what felt like over night. Where was all of that a month ago?! It SUCKS, but it's just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. Let yourself celebrate the little victories. Every tenth of a pound lost is still a step to a pound being gone forever! Keep trucking and in a week or so when you see results, do a happy dance!!!!
I have also decided to start adding a few friends on here for support, feel free to add me and we can help each other!!0 -
