You problably need to eat more but healthy and the weight will come right off...and exercise. No need to kill yourself and get injured but stay active. Have a good combination of cardio, weights and flexibility/relaxation.0

I am 54 and it does feel like its harder to lose the weight then when I was young. But that being said, I was more active when I was young. I have not gone down much on the scale but now that I have added exercise in I am losing inches. For once in a long time I dont feel big. Feel free to add me as a friend. I also have a walking group. Its just a bunch of people adding our miles or steps together and virtually walking across the USA. Its a fun way to motivate us to exercise. If you want to join just send me a message and I will send you a invite. You can do this.0

Click on the user name to go to their profile and when you get there, click the add friend button. (unless you are on a tablet like mine that is behaving badly and won't let you view profiles, lol!)
