I went over my recommended allotment and haven't had dinner yet. By tracking I can see what I did wrong and I'll do better tomorrow but what should I do; should I skip dinner?

    If you are hungry, eat it, log it and move on. If you aren't hungry, and skipping dinner won't bring on a binge, skip it, and do better tomorrow.

    We've probably all done it. No stress.

    I wouldn't skip dinner if I were you, I would just try to eat a lower calorie dinner than normal.

    Eat dinner! I would go for a big garden salad with some lean protein because I know I'd be in the kitchen making dumb choices later if I didn't fill up. Tomorrow will be a better day.

    I would eat dinner and then use the next day or to to balance out the damage.

    I made some kale soup; I'll eat that and move on like ya'll suggested. Funny when you track you can see how quick it adds up!!!

    OMG I looked at my log and I had some cheese and logged to high of and intake on it! I still have enough left for kale soup!
