i am a single mom and by the time I get home and get it all done by the time kiddo is in bed I am exhausted! In the morning I barely have time to get us both ready for the day and out the door. How do I squeeze in time to exercise?

First of all try to cut on coffee and green tea (maybe one a day)because it first increases your energy and then it falls fast, second increase carbs-fruits,veggies,whole grains they will give you a lot of energy (also don't restrict on them and cut on too faty and salty foods) don't listen to this hight protein, hight fat or Atkins *kitten* it isn't long term and isn't healthy.Maybe if you make challange for yourself ( like to run for marathon) it will help or to get involved in competition.Set it as priority.

Do you work full time? Maybe getting out for a walk during lunch?

How old is tot? Can kid be left alone for any period of time or at least left to amuse themself for a while so you can do something at home?

I have entered running events before which I know take lots of training time. My kiddie is only 7 so no leaving her home alone. I have a gym membership but it doesn't have childcare. Ok so right now it's 7 o'clock we just got down eating I am cleaning and helping her with homework. By the time I get her a bath and to bed it's near 9pm and if I were to exercise at that time I'd be up late. I love to excercise! I cry now!
