In my opinion it is important to nourish well if you want to be healthy. I train hard 4 days per week and make sure to fuel myself with my allowable calories every day. I find eating smaller meals through the day has helped me burn 30 lbs of fat so far...dont forget the water.

I find that stretching after a workout reduces muscle soreness the next day...only a few minutes is all it takes. Green tea is my go to beverage for appetite control...not too much of course.

I add my protein powder to fruit and egg whites for morning smoothie breakfast...500 calories.
