Thank you. I am hoping that the meals will also keep my family healthy, though my 15 yr old don't need it lol. Doesn't hurt to feed my family food that will make them feel better and have more energy.

We also save anything for compost. We till up the land and use the compost and mix with fertilizer and till a second time to add the nutrients. Due to raccoons and possums we have our garden fenced in. The only problem we had was them getting into my corn so we fenced around my corn and topped over it. It helped wonders.…

Btw I do the portioning as directed on foods. I eat fresh fruits and veggies as a snack. I stay away from premise meals, can anything, boxed foods, and try to do organic as much as I can.
