I’ve always hear the more you exercise you do the more you can eat but the more in the green the better ( leftover calories). I usually eat under 1300 and have anywhere from around 100 to 1500 in the green. I eat them how will I lose hem?

I'm having the same issue. MFP has me at 1200 calories and I think it may be hindering me from losing weight. I'm only like 3 lbs from being withing a healthy weight and under 1200 risks starvation mode. I just don't want to eat way too much.

Yea I've thought about doing that as well. I went to an ENT and he has suggested surgery. But he didn't even look into my ears or do an allergy test to rule that out. So I'm thinking of having a second opinion before going under the needle. Thanks.

Thank you. I've stopped asking for help though because they tend to get controlling over the situation and change everything which has made it take longer to get anything done. Too bad. But at this point my fiancé and I are definitely beast moding it! We'll get it done one way or another!
