Only 25, you got this! Seems like a big deal at first, but changing to only drinking water and tea will help lose weight due to sugary drinks. And you'll feel much better throughout the day!

For the past few weeks you're losing fat and gaining muscle, it's not unheard of to gain weight at first (muscle is heavier than fat), and then lose weight as your body realizes you need the muscle more than fat. Just keep at it! It will come.

10 min weight machines, 1 1/2 hour free weights, 15-30 min cardio. 6 days a week. If I'm feeling good, longer on free weights.

Drop soda and other sugar filled drinks. You will lose the weight, it just takes time. When you work out make sure you are doing enough weight as it will convince your body to keep the muscle and lose the fat.
