You should really be pushing yourself to do the last few reps of the set. If you feel you can do more than your rep goal then up the weight

Are you watching your calorie intake? Do more cardio. Drink more water. Try weighing yourself less often. Your weight can fluctuate a few pounds in just 1 day

Also, if you are near a gnc or nutrition store they will sometimes give you samples so maybe you could do that first before making a purchase

C4 is a pretty good preworkout. Right now I'm taking Adrenolyn. It's by far my favorite preworkout I've ever taken. It's quite potent. Definitely agree you should start at 1/2 of recommend amount. That's all I take & it works great for me.
