I have a friend who does acupuncture and she once told me that I dont have to have 8 hrs of sleep. I wake up around 6am. She said if my body is fine and not dragging it's used to it. Another friend said otherwise

Yes I use cups and n scale as well. 2 weeks ago i was 183 and i am down to 175 . I have a friend who does acupuncture and she once told me that I dont have to have 8 hrs of sleep. I sleep pretty late!

Tuesday: I have 1,200 calories I ate 919 and exercise 610 Wednesday: 1200 I ate 1242 and exercise 743. Last time I got on the scale was last Friday. I usually scan my foods..

I log my food in, i do at least 6,000 steps a day, i do hard exercises like squats w weight, pushups, burpees, and when I don't i usually do 2 miles on treadmill.
