What is your question?0

Change something: move your macros around (less fat or less carbs, more protein, etc.), change your workout routine, change your workout timing (morning vs night), change what you eat when. All just examples but if it ain't working now...0

I log my food in, i do at least 6,000 steps a day, i do hard exercises like squats w weight, pushups, burpees, and when I don't i usually do 2 miles on treadmill.0

How many calories are you consuming per day? How are you calculating those calories (ie are you measuring & weighing everything?)0

Tuesday: I have 1,200 calories I ate 919 and exercise 610
Wednesday: 1200 I ate 1242 and exercise 743.
Last time I got on the scale was last Friday.
I usually scan my foods..0 -

Yes I use cups and n scale as well. 2 weeks ago i was 183 and i am down to 175 . I have a friend who does acupuncture and she once told me that I dont have to have 8 hrs of sleep. I sleep pretty late!0 -
I have a friend who does acupuncture and she once told me that I dont have to have 8 hrs of sleep. I wake up around 6am. She said if my body is fine and not dragging it's used to it. Another friend said otherwise0

How long has it been since the scale moved? Depending on where you are in your cycle, you may be holding on to some water weight.0

you lost 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks that is fantastic....
And a lot
Weight loss is not linear
i lost over 90 pounds now....and the month April was crazy....8 pounds up 4 pounds off....3 pounds up 5 pounds off etc the whole month. Overal i lost in that month only 2 pounds....Now we go to May, nothing changed.
Started off with the first two weeks 2 pounds, and from Last Monday to today i lost another 2 pound
You have to be patient, as long as you burn more than you take calories in you will lose weight
How much depends on how accurate your logging is ( so weighing ALL your food)
And in how long nobody can tell you, fluctuations will play their part

Aside from the scale not moving. If you are accurately weighing and measuring foods. THAT is not enough food. You are netting around 700-1000 calories a day.
Of course if the scale isn't moving, you're perhaps eating more than you think.0 -
