Thanks for the tip! I'll check it out :)

Thanks! Sometime it's so overwhelming to wade through all the information - I'll narrow my search a bit. Someone gave me a bowflex, all hooked up and ready to roll... after I take off all the clothing it is currently holding.

I'm making small adjustments but hopefully will stick with it! Good luck!

Same here - a bit disheartening when what has been helpful in the past has no impact now! Ugh!!

Today is the first day I've interacted with other FP members and I believe it's going to be very helpful and thank you all in advance for your inspiration and great ideas. It's been a good day - rode stationary bike at lunch. I want to start toning as well - does anyone have a favorite upper body workout?

They are the BEST!!! I'm really glad they changed the chocolate on the Cadbury cream eggs - not even tempted to indulge this year... but i still love the commercial.

LOL - We do miss him in Buffalo....

I hope so! I have been using the food tracker, but realize the accountability is what keeps me 'honest'. Congratulation on your wedding.

Me too!

I know it's difficult; but no matter the amount of weight to be lost, it's a day to day, hour to hour,…

I agree with betuel175. I just got a Fitbit Charge for Christmas and it has been motivating. I try to increase the number of steps per week - but it's really surprising how sedentary I am . You add people by clicking on their name and requesting friend. You can practice with me!

Not only am I in the same boat, I feel like the cruise director.

Although not my first day on MFP, I have decided to commit and be accountable! So I am reaching out to give and get support. Looking forward to hearing from you :)

Being 50+ was my inspiration to join the "pal" portion of this program. Thank you for the inspiration, ladies!

I keep telling myself to keep moving and somehow i keep moving to the couch. I hope you find something today that helps you stay motivated - today, you inspired me. Thank you.

Same here! I joined last year for a challenge but didn't participate in the 'Pal' part of the program - even though I know that works for me. So, here I am, starting AGAIN, but hoping to give and get support to make it a success! My goal is to lose 15 pounds, but motivating myself to exercise is the most difficult thing…
