What do they say,any press is good publicity.Just look how popular he has gotten just from his non-interviews..lol

Actually some speak very highly of him. They claim he knows exactly what he is doing.

Yes, this is true. I suppose if he's as much of a jerk as he appears, it probably keeps him out of trouble.

This is ridiculous. Why does the media love this guy?

    Media loves drama.

Oh totally! But he's not drama. He's boring. The media gets their panties in a bundle to see what Marshawn Lynch won't say. His agent could at least give him a few options of stupid things to say... like "I'm sorry, I'm not wearing protection, I won't answer that question" or "I only answer that question on days ending in Q" or "How would you answer your question?"

He boring? 60,000+ views in 2 days on OP interview. I think people feel different.

I watched without laughing. It is getting old.

Two things should happen, he should either act like a professional and do his "job" or the NFL should just exempt him from these. It makes both the league and him look bad.

I could care less which happens, I just want to watch a good game....boss.

Like it or not, professional sports is an entertainment industry. They make big bucks because the public is willing to pay big bucks for tickets and all the related sports expenses which, by the way, are ridiculously overpriced.

Without fans, there are no sports stars. His agent negotiated his contract and if it states he is obligated to participate in these interviews, then he should honor his contract.

Personally, I don't give a shlt was he has to say, but he takes the money so he should abide by the terms of his contract.

I agree  his contract says he has to participate. It does not say what he has to say  this is genius. He did participate, that’s for sure. Totally hilarious , loved how he participated. They should have participated. The question they should have asked is "So Marshall why are you here............

My opinion does not always reflect that of the masses. I prefer to be an individual. :)

Although that is true, if he was forced, that's still on them... He expressed his discontentment and it's perfectly human to do so.

Ooohhh it's a football thing.... ok, when I was watching the news this morning the weatherman said the phrase everyone laughed and I was just lost wondering what was so funny about that. Now it makes sense.

I watched and didn't laugh. It was weird, and boring. But at least I got an explanation, so thanks. :ohwell:

You are missing some background too. He might get fined for
    gold cleats
    wearing a beast mode hat

    He has been fined for:
    grabbing crotch during touchdown celebrations.

I love ❤ me some marshawn lynch, but it irks me that even its stated clearly in his contract, in every NFL players contract, that he makes himself available to the media, he has a problem doing it. Yes every week that man puts his body on the line, but doing talking to the media is also part of his job, and how he continues to earn the big bucks. We all have aspects of our job we don't like, but we do it because that's we are paid to do, and he gets paid millions to play football and talk to the media. He needs to realize without the media hype keeping people informed and interested, football would not be the powerhouse it is today. So at the end of the day Marshawn do your job!!

He is doing his job though. What he says to the media is on him but he is doing interviews. Just in a while funny way. Watch his Superbowl interviews last year? He is not like Sherman who will speak his mind. He got some funny interviews too.

I'm a huge Seahawks fan and yup I watched his interviews last year. I get it he is a man of few words and is about that action but still I think its a cop-out, a funny cop-out though. I love Sherman he doesn't mince words and loves calling people out like he did with Peyton Manning last year lol. Can't wait for the Superbowl. Go Seahawks!!

Haha! I liked how he changed it up a little. I think Deion Sanders thought he would be able to get him to say something else.

All publicity is good publicity. Look at "Miley", the twerky, Cyrus.
