The most important thing is to not punish yourself, because you'll get into a cycle of self-destruction. Forgive yourself, pick yourself back up, and continue as did the first couple of weeks. Good luck!

The best thing you can do is forgive yourself and just keep trying. If you don't forgive yourself, you're more likely to sabotage yourself more.

I think probably that society imposes unhappiness on fat people. In one sense, fat people are deemed unhealthy, can't control themselves, gluttonous etc. All these assumptions are made about you if you are fat, and there's no way to avoid it. I've been low-carb for 2-3years, but I stick to it when I'm trying not to lose weight as I find I don't get lethargic in the afternoon. When I first went on it, I lost 60lbs in 4 months, but walking 6 miles a day too. I love low carb because I never feel hungry.

I always drink a spirit with sugar-free mixer, but I also always lose weight faster if I abstain from drinking.

You can't choose where you lose fat on your body by doing a particular exercise. Your body loses fat in the same way whatever cardio you do.

I do this, but with tights. I won't go out unless I'm wearing tights i.e. something is 'holding my belly in'.
