i don't have a food scale i was hoping there was some website people used showing use this for that like portion size of beef is the size of your palm kind of thing.

ok more like 1480 but still that's kind of good right? I"m buying a food scale tomorrow. Tonight I measured out rigatoni and spaghetti sauce 1 single serving is 2 oz each (which btw is 18 noodles) and i was probably eating 5 to 10 times more than that. It really helps to measure b/c the portions are actually really small…

I am so confused on how this works. my total calorie intake is 1200 but if i eat 1600 and burn 400 i'm still at my goal of 1200 right? will I still lose weight if i meet my goal of 1200 everyday as long as i burn off to make it 1200? for example today cal goal is 1200. i ate 1900 but burned off 900 in exercise. so net is…

I use "Sitting at my desk for work " as cardiovascular calories burned and in 8 hours its 430 calories. Does that count as burned calories?

I complete my journal for the day so it is green then continue to eat but don't log it in pretending it doesn't count b/c the entry is complete.

I ate 6 sugar frosted cookies today. the valentine ones at Walmart with the thick icing. if i don't physically hide them somewhere i would eat the entire container tonight.
