Have you spoke to your doctor? Maybe you need some blood work done to rule out anything that might cause you to have trouble losing.

If you eat over one day and the next day or days you can eat less you can go by weekly calories. If I know I'm going to eat out I start cutting calories days before and some after to keep myself within my weekly calories.

I have iron deficiency anemia for a long time now I just eat what I like and don't worry about it. My Doctor doesn't seem to worry about it and I've lost over 100lbs since August 2015 and it hasn't changed. If you need to you can always take and iron pill

I walk my Chihuahua several times a day but shes crazy she barks at people and other dogs but worst of all she either wants to walk as fast as she can or other times she walks like shes a turtle

Try taking milk of mag that helps me along with benfiber and stool softners and i suffer with cronic constipation for years if that doesnt help go see your doctor to make sure you dont have a blockage

I buy meat and weigh out 4oz and put it in freezer bags so when its time to eat the meat is weighed you can weigh what vegies you want then or you can bag them up to. This is going to make the 5th surgery on my foot i have a knee walker and i am able to mop, vacuum, wash dishes, and other things so for me i dont sit still much people dont know how i do it but i find a way

All we can do is eat what calories MFP gives us and we will burn extra calories just getting around and healing. I just want to be in the over weight category before my surgery since it only about 8lbs and i have until June 6th but want to be there by May 23rd when i see the doctor

Most of my walking is walking my chichulua so not to fast and going to the store

Walking on a treadmill makes my feet and ankles hurt its the pounding but i can walk at a park or where ever i can and it doesnt cause that pain like the burning.

I have had so many surgeries on that foot it just is part of my life now and i have to do what i have to do.

How fast are you going maybe you could walk longer if you slowed your speed down a little

Exercise. Go for a walk, or just find something else to do that doesnt involve food

I agree about the plantar fascitis but you may have agrevated a tendon in the bottom of your foot. You need good shoes and the arch supports and may need to give it time to heal. Do exercise that wont put stress on your feet

You need to find something else to turn to instead of food. I understand pain I have enough of it. You need to ask yourself will eating sweets make my pain go away I bet the answer is no.

Just eat the meat and not the bread use the lettus on it as the bread then i would have later told that person in privet that they ate your salad

If you are eating alot of proccesed foods your eating alot of salt but you need to go to nutrition and it will list salt, protien, ect. Then you will know how much salt your eating. You need to stay under 2300g but if your over 50 or have any thing like diabetes then its 1500g
