Do you update your weight loss? If you have sense you started, it's still projecting based on your initial weight.

Not sure what to say about how you should continue on your journey... However, love is unconditional. You don't love if, when,... You just love. Take the conditions off of your love for yourself and affirm who you are as well as who you are becoming.

There are some good suggestions here. I'd reempasize not lowering your calorie goal. Based on what you've posted, you're only netting 900 calories a day. I'd personally up calories to make sure your body is not responding to deprivation if things don't change once you start weighing your food.

You will still lose weight. Your calories seem low. Did you select sedentary? If you become more active, that will help offset the calorie increase.

It amazes me how much people work out. I do about 550 minutes/month now. I will take a shot at doubling it. 1100 for me. Aug 2- 44 mins (1056 remaining).
