We have a very similar situation except not vegetarian, and for dinner we have some variation of meat/fish/chicken and salad/veg most nights of the week.   • Do you have a big freezer? I buy my meat in bulk which saves some money. I have my own chickens but keeping them is more expensive than most supermarket eggs. What does save me money is growing my own spinach, lettuce, hwrbs etc and it doesn't take much room. also try asian shops for coconut oil and coconut cream.
  • Sounds like its going well for you. I know cardio does nothing for my weight. Just makes me absolutely starving afterwards.

I have been trying low carb for a month or so bu battling my sweet tooth For breakfast I premake a smoothie with a few frozen berries, coconut cream and protien powder the night before and store in a jar in the fridge to drink in the car.
