Hi Annie, I wouldn't get disheartened about the lack of weight loss this early on. The scales didn't start going down for me until i was into the second week and now i seem to be losing weight every week. Keep at it and good luck!

I weigh myself first thing every morning as soon as I wake up just to make sure I'm on track although I only really record it once a week. I suppose it doesn't matter if the numbers aren't completely "honest" as long as they're going down every week and you're weighing yourself under the same conditions every time.
