On a mission!

Hello everyone!
I'm Annie, and on a mission to get fitter and lose a couple of stone. First week and I've stayed within calorie target and achieved step goals, but not lost any weight so far - any ideas why?

    i think maybe u just got to keep working for some of the weight to come off to get started and then it will just keep coming off. or maybe change the workouts u are doing put a lil twist in it?

    Hi Annie, I wouldn't get disheartened about the lack of weight loss this early on. The scales didn't start going down for me until i was into the second week and now i seem to be losing weight every week. Keep at it and good luck!
