I have that problem too. Today is the first time that I have eaten 1200 cals in like 3 weeks and I feel terrible...I usually eat around 900-1000 otherwise I feel extremely full e.e

What about an exercise plan to speed up the process as well as make the results better? If I just have a diet then I will loose weight but not as fast and the results won't be as great :/

Why cut out coffee? It doesn't have that many calories, right? How's a cup of coffee in the morning with a splash of soy milk?

I can't lift because I don't have weights. Any other suggestions for toning?

The real problem is that I don't have weights, and I can only resort to running/walking on the treadmill...how can I work with what I have?

My mom nudged me when I weighed 130lbs and asked, "Do you think you are gaining a little weight?" I couldn't answer. I didn't answer. I saw it, but didn't want to say anything. That alone told me that I should do something before I get even more "chunky."

Instead of going to the chips, grab an apple or banana. I like to stray away from foods that have more than 5 or 6 ingredients in them. That's a good start.

I do have a calorie deficit, a fairly large one as well. I also am cleaning up my eating.

I have been running for a while, not only in soccer but I also did track. Lastly, I have participated in 5ks and end with a pretty good time. But it is very discouraging to hear that.

I do HIIT Treadmill workouts every Mon, Wed, and Fri. They look like this: Run at 8mph on an incline of 3 for 1 min, break for 30s on sides of treadmill, and hop to it 10x.

My family is having our own party for ourselves with a lot of food and soda...while my mom bought 2 liters of Pepsi, I bought a nice tasting 0cal carbonated drink as a replacement. As for the snacks, I am just going to stray away from them...wish me luck! :/

I don't necessarily need to drink because I'm thirsty, I drink a lot while running because my throat is extremely dry making it harder and more painful to breath.

Slowly cutting calories and substituting foods. For example, instead of drinking my regular milk I changed to Silk's Unsweetened/Unflavored Soy Milk. I ate 1/2 cup of oatmeal made with water. Inside the oatmeal I chopped a banana and had an apple on the side! Yum! :)

As I do not have a membership to a gym (I'm too young), I only have limited resources. My exercise equipment includes a treadmill, that's it.
