1,100-1,200 is my calorie goal. It is getting pretty hard to lose weight as I am at that point where I want "vanity pounds" to be shaved off--the last 10lbs are indeed the toughest...

I don't worry too much about macro goals. I make sure to keep my diet balanced in general. I haven't had a nutrient deficiency yet and I am not going to change my diet just because MFP says so. I know what is best for me, and I think you need to do some experimenting to figure out your happy medium.

Apples! They fill me up and are delish! Also, cucumbers. They are a low calorie count, keep me hydrated, and taste SO GOOD!

I am doing the 30 Day Shred and the Killer Buns and Thighs right now...I tried the 6 Week 6 Pack and didn't really enjoy the exercises as I wasn't feeling the burn and have no access to weights to make it harder. Good luck, though!

Drink water instead of eating! Not only does it give you something to do, but it also satisfies your stomach and keeps you hydrated!

The people that are already there are not going to bash you because, after all, YOU ARE THERE! You are doing something about your weight, you are getting back into shape! If they REALLY cared about your weight (which they probably couldn't care less) they would be ENCOURAGING you to keep at the gym, rather then scare you…

I have a question, turkey cold-cuts, are those good sources of protein? Do they have relatively low calories? Or should I stray away from cold-cuts (what you put on sandwiches) but w/o the bread?

I can't eat meat every single night as it does take some time to prepare and I don't have a lot with school and such :/

Alright, thanks! I usually eat meat every other night (mostly chicken and pork) so I guess I am pretty well off. Maybe I will try some protein powder, who knows? Thanks for all the suggestions! If you have something to add, please do!

Be comfortable for yourself and only yourself. The right guy will come around in no time if he sees that you are comfortable with who you are! And remember: only change for yourself, and no one else. Because in the end, you are your biggest motivation! :)
