I too am a daily weigher. First thing in the morning. I don't think the number affects my mood-I guess I'm just one of the "scale obsessed".

I grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and now I live in northern Wyoming. Summers are usually fairly warm. It has finally cooled down at night-40's and 50's. Much better for sleeping!!!

I hate all housework but I do it anyway. Bathrooms are the WORST!!!!! They probably don't get cleaned as often as they should. I used to clean house once a week, faithfully. Now, it's just whenever. The kitchen is the one room that stays pretty clean.

Happy September!!!! I will TRY to drink more water-weigh only once a week-get more exercise-do something around the house(weeding, decluttering, etc. Stuff I don't normally do)at least weekly. I just use about 1T of coconut oil in my first cup with heavy whip and sugar free syrup. There's usually a bit of coconut oil left in the cup for the second cup. I don't use the blender, just a spoon. Haven't tried the actual BPC with the butter. This seems to work well for me. Keeps me satiated for awhile and tastes good.

I think I'll be okay as far as food is concerned but I'm definitely ready for cooler weather. Can't wait for the flies and mosquitoes to go away!!!!!

I use alot of artificial sweeteners and still manage to lose weight. I think some people are just more sensitive to them. I can't go without something sweet in my morning coffee.

Pistachios. Addictive!!! If I do have a sweet craving I'll have some type of Atkins bar. Usually does the trick but if I'm really craving I'll smear some peanut butter on it, on bite at a time! Bad girl!!!
