I take it that there isn't a way to look at net calories over a month span?

Trust me, I Iove eating! I got down to 7% body fat at one time and have never counted calories. I weighted 172lbs back then so it was kinda skinny lean ( I was once 210 and bulky). I'm just trying to figure out how to weigh a little more but still have a single digit body fat. I have gained weighed and lost some leanness.

That is because your breathing insofar while working out. Try getting in a rhythm breathing. Try slowing it down

I just woke up and had coffee with Splenda, two Campari tomatoes, and a stalk of celery. It says im at 13 grams of carbs but at 86% of my daily intake. My nutritional goal was to stay under 50%
