Well I mean, you can see it in your diary...0

Well it says I'm at 13 grams after breakfast but at 86% of my daily intake. My goal is to stay under 50%0

I just woke up and had coffee with Splenda, two Campari tomatoes, and a stalk of celery. It says im at 13 grams of carbs but at 86% of my daily intake. My nutritional goal was to stay under 50%0

Most people do not eat the estimated percentages at every meal. You need to look at the entire DAY. For lunch and dinner, eat foods that flesh out your other macros.0

It's only a high percentage because you haven't had enough protein and fat to balance it. Think about this:if all you'd had was a bite of lettuce, so all that registered for the whole day was 1 gram of carb, with no protein or fat, then 100 % of your calories would be carbs. If you want to keep carbs at 50% then for every gram of carb you eat, you need to eat a gram of protein or fat.0

Thank you! This helped a lot!0
