Go back to the basics BUT check your macros. When you lose weight, your calorie requirement for continued weight loss has to also be less. Consider a couple high fat meat only days/No dairy /No nuts/Nothing from a box or wrapper ~ And don't think about the calories as much ,pound some meat literally, 1 gallon of water x 3…

I personally stop eating when I'm full. Typically a high protein snack or 2 then an actual meal for dinner. Some days I don't even hit 1000Kcal. On my most active days,I eat more, rarely go over 1500 Kcal. I don't count calories,but I just sorta know. I also work out sometimes, fasted cardio can be rough,but its empowering

My reason to drop the lbs is simply to look better naked and in clothes... while I care about it

I do best on my journey when I discuss less about what I'm doing . Its tough to sell a product without a before an after to show people. Its your journey. People will always have options and have different lifestyles different from yours.

Yay, congratulations. I'm right there with you.... I struggle with maintenance, but I allow myself a little breathing space of 5 lbs occasionally then I panic again!

Lol, I'm on of those people actually. Happy to know this group exist.Currently I'm 5'4.5 125 lbs, obviously what amount of weight I want to lose is sort of irrelevant in a sense, but I used to be 180 about 2+ years ago
