I have been using Daily Burn for the past year. It's great, there's a great variety of workouts, and it's reasonable.

Nice job!

I eat either full-fat versions, or naturally lower-fat foods. The trick is the measure everything, use grams instead of ounces for accuracy, and exercise on a regular basis. My calories are between 1300-1500 a day and I have lost 25 lbs in a little over 2 months.

I'm 56 and have been surgically menopausal since 2001. I am also hypothyroid. In the beginning of April I started restricting my calories to 1500/day, and watching my sugar, sodium, and saturated fat intake. I do a variety of exercises, such as walking and Daily Burn. I have lost 22.5 lbs so far. I am very happy with my…

I have the double belly. My upper part is worse than the lower part, and is much harder to hide with clothes.

Didn't Daily Burn used to be on Hulu? I went there and did a search but found nothing. Can it still be streamed from a Roku by itself, or how can it be accessed now? I would like to try it, but I want to be able to access it from my TV in the living room :)

You can certainly do it. I am back on the wagon after gaining back the 85 lbs I lost about 10 years ago. You've been a huge inspiration for me (and a lot of others) this morning. Keep it up!

Congratulations! How long did it take?

5'7", my goal is 140. I have a long way to go!

A lot of cookies, soda pop, candies (such as Reese's eggs, yum -- an 18-gram piece is 90 calories :( ). Most things like that are too small of a serving to be worth it on a regular basis. I love cheese cubes -- but since it's very easy to go overboard with them I put them on the "not worth it" list. I find pre-sliced…

I have to say that I love veggies. It's tough if you don't like them, but there are certain vitamins and minerals that can only be found in them, that we need for proper nutrition. If you have not already, try sautéing them in olive oil with tons of spices! Also grilling them makes them taste very good. There are lots of…

Well done! :)

I notice that the higher my carb count is, the hungrier I am. I try to go 80-100g of carbs a day. I love carbs!

I am obese, so my average is still around 2.5 lbs a week after a month-and-a-half of calorie counting. It will slow down eventually. I am following the proper deficits. I feel that as long as you're more than 50 lbs overweight, a little over 2 lbs a week is safe.

As hurtful as it was, you're lucky you heard him telling the other woman that, because you were able to find out how MUCH of a dweeb he is. Good luck with everything, God bless -- know you can do better, go to a marriage counselor (or lawyer ;) ).

Great work! :D

You look great!

On most days my sugar intake is pretty low, but that is because the foods that I pick tend to be low in sugar. I do feel better when I don't have a lot of sugar in my diet. I don't think sugar itself is evil.

I love coffee but I am also switching to decaf because I can't tolerate the caffeine any more. I use creamers -- sugar-free creamers that are 20 calories apiece. Definitely count the calories if you use creamer of any kind.

Amstel light beer after work tonight :)

Great progress! I can see the biggest difference in how it fits your back :)
