Back in the saddle again
Hi, I was here last winter and spring. I lost about 20 lbs from Jan to April, then my mother died and I got off the diet track. Of course, I got back up to 245 lbs :s I finally got the gumption to try again. It's good to be back!

Database issues
Is anyone else having trouble with the database? It's not finding the Atkins dinners (I know they're in there) and it's not finding them, so I input the one I'm having and it tells me it's in the database? Is the database down?

Who is doing Tabata?
Since I hurt my knee doing one of my cardio vids, I have turned to Tabata (for now, knee-friendly movements) ;) I am doing just one 4-min session (w/5 mins warmup and cooldown), so perhaps 100 calories is burned, so it's not making a big impact on my calories right now, and it won't until I graduate to at least 2 sessions…

First week weigh-in
I stepped on the scale this morning and I am down 8.4 lbs :D I am stoked! I am 53 years old, and 5'7". My cals have been set on sedentary (thought I set it on lightly active but was mistaken) at 1650 cals a day. Some days last week were a little short but a couple of days (especially Saturday!) were over. Only 85 more lbs…

Hi! I'm a 5'7" (about 1.7m) 53 year old who started here on Monday. My starting weight is 237.8lb/108kg and my goal is 145lb/66kg.
