Hello from Kentucky!

Hi! I'm a 5'7" (about 1.7m) 53 year old who started here on Monday. My starting weight is 237.8lb/108kg and my goal is 145lb/66kg. I plan on weighing in every Monday, and posting progress pics once a month. I try to eat about 1600 calories a day, and I'm also doing some video cardio about 3x a week. I plan on joining a gym soon because I love lifting! However, I'm taking baby steps right now, don't want to do too much too soon
. I finally took my first pics this morning and hopefully the next ones will show progress! lol. I am having trouble eating all of my recommended calories, especially when I get to eat extra from working out. It's funny ... having one huge takeout meal is easily 2-3000 calories, but it's a challenge doing 1660 calories while having healthier (and saner) meals! I really love the convenience of using the tracker here!
