I put a little salt in the water, put the eggs in and once it's boiling, remove the pot from heat, put a lid on it and let it sit for 20 mins. When I am ready to peel I'll run the eggs over cold water for a few minutes. It separates the membranes, making shell removal easier :)

I love craft beers but stick to Amstel Light -- only 95 cals and still tasty :)

I love oatmeal but admit I get hungry soon afterwards. I will try the peanut butter approach :) I don't like protein powder in my oatmeal.

I can totally relate to the "getting hangry" thing :D I found that eating five or six small meals/snacks throughout the day puts a lid on the hunger.

Fresh, hot home-made bread slathered with tons of butter :# Yum! The problem with that is ... it's too delicious. I could eat a whole loaf along with a whole stick of butter! B)

Today, I have done high knees (with arms going up and down), shadow-boxing, front-and-back kicks, and low-impact jumping-jacks. I am looking for more knee-friendly movements for variety. I want to do the squats (pure torture!), but I am not going to do any squatting until I lose at least another 10 kilos.

I love all kinds of cheese, even cottage cheese. If I had to choose, it would be good aged Swiss.

I'm hypothyroid and medicated. I don't have trouble losing weight as long as I track my meals. However, when I go off of the wagon the regain is fast!

I don't count macros. I try to make this as simple as possible :). I figure that I'm eating, for the most part, pretty healthy foods which don't have a lot of sugar. I eat fruit and yogurt, and then shoot for proteins and veggies. I do eat a lot of TV dinners because they're convenient ... which are pretty high in sodium…
