Good advice, I think I do need to up my protein intake! I focused on eating more protein today (I already eat 5-6 small meals a day but tried adding some sort of protein to each meal) and I really did feel more satisfied after dinner and didn't feel the need for a late night snack or chocolate! Thank you!

I tried chewing gum after dinner tonight and it actually helped! Must be similar to brushing your teeth, it took my mind off of snacking and made me feel satisfied

That's what I did tonight...it's not worth it! I drank a big glass of water and it helped a lot :) we've got this!

Lately on the days I have after dinner snacks I have not been logging because I'm so frustrated with myself and have already completed my diary for the night! I will start adding more leafy greens to my dinners...I already make sure I get lean protein, clean carbs (sweet potato, brown rice, quinoa) & veggies but I don't usually eat leafy greens. Thanks for the advice! I'll try that tonight!

I always make my healthy pizzas on whole wheat Lavosh bread from Sprouts! They are so good...I spread organic pizza sauce over the flatbread and load it with veggies & crockpot chicken...shred a little skim mozz cheese on top & sprinkle with Italian seasoning & red pepper flakes...bake at 350 for 15 min. My go-to every single day is 1/2 cup cooked old fashioned oats with cinnamon, 1/2 banana sliced on top and 2 tbs of PB2 drizzled on top! So yummy & so satisfying! If you want to add more protein it's also really good with 2 egg whites cooked in with the oats. I crave it every single morning after my workout!
