  • Haha omg yeah! I definitely avoid those, especially since I know exactly what goes in them, totally turned me off of those drinks. I mostly drink green tea and only if I'm super tired I'll have a black coffee.

  • The 21 day fix is a program which gives you containers to portion out your food instead of counting calories and weighing food. It comes with workouts that you do everyday (all 7 days of the week). They are only half hour and each day is different (cardio, upper, lower, abs, yoga, Pilates etc).

  • I have never tried tofu but I'll definitely look into it now :D and yeah peanut butter is pretty high in fat, which I try to keep low, so I stick to about a tablespoon or so. However, I do love almonds and walnuts, I could add them to my oatmeal so there's another way to get some protein in. And yes quinoa!!! Love it! But…

  • I've recently tried to cut the butter by substituting half of the butter with unsweetened applesauce. Worked well from what I remember. Also, coconut oil is my FAV substitute for butter, adds such nice flavor and natural sweetness too.
