What did you do, specifically? Did you do loads of exercise and did you have"cheat days" or were you consistently in deficit of your daily calories? So many congrats to you 41 pounds is massive. Bet you feel better. X

I have just returned from a risk three mile walk - small dog in tow- now exhausted! Mapped out what I am eating for rest if the day - still in calorie deficit!!

I just think that it helps to focus your mind on exactly what you are eating. Si much of what we eat is actually what is termed as mindless snacking - just eating stuff without actually registering that we are actually consuming anything. Thanks folks will try the water - I know I'm probably not drinking enough and as I have cut fat down to a minimum it's probably that too. Thanks for all of your suggestions and at least I know I'm not alone when it comes to this problem xxxxxx

The 5.2 diet says 500 calls per day - it's tough I know. Yep been there done that. Shed 3 stone (40 pounds) about 4/5 years ago, put most of it back on again. Now aiming to shed 28 pounds before June.
