No, currently my form is pretty good. I'm just saying when I'm using the bar, it hurts my back and neck so bad that my form gets messed up because I'm only focused on trying to ignore the pain.

Thank you! I figured I'd start doing that anyway. Everyone tells me to squeeze my traps together, and I've tried that, but I'm literally skin and bones on my back haha I'm working on trying to fix that.

My point is that it doesn't matter what anybody else thinks. If she's unhappy with the way her body looks, she should do what she feels will make her feel and look better. It's not my place to be judgmental and tell her she doesn't need to lose weight, whether that's my opinion or not. She didn't start this thread to hear…

Don't worry! This happened to me too. Especially when I do a lot of squats. When your muscles tear and try to repair themselves they fill up with water which makes your legs look puffy and way less defined than you'd like. But if you keep pushing it'll eventually go down. My advise if it doesn't get any better would be to…

Sheesh, people get so sensitive on here. I just meant geared towards toning problem areas that women usually have more often than men. Like lower belly fat and inner thighs. I know men have those too but I feel like there are some videos that specifically target places like that because they realize women have issues…

I get that, I just prefer to eat cleaner. It gives me more energy and makes me feel less bloated. I don't understand why everyone is honing in on the clean eating thing...I was kinda hoping for some helpful replies about effective excercises or something

I actually do have some loose skin and it bothers me! But I figured doing abdominal workouts to tighten up would eventually help even everything out

Thank you! I have just been doing body weight ab excercises and it makes sense to start adding weights. I was just worried at first that it would bulk up my abs without thinning me down and give me a bloated look

When I say clean eating I just mean I've cut out processed foods and eat more fruits and vegetables and make all of my dinners from scratch. I've noticed a huge difference in my body after starting that. I don't do any crazy detoxes or anything, just eating better.
