I live in Canada, so don't have Panda Express or chick-fil-a but I do like a big bowl of pho soup, subway, Chinese beef & broccoli, meet balls & salad are all great ideas. Not so sure about getting whatever & fitting it in my calories for the day. Salt is always a problem as it will surely show a weight gain for a couple…

Join the club.....the keep it off club that is. Over the last year I've lost 45 lbs. & I need to keep it off plus lose another 20. Have decided it's a life style not a diet & if I fall off I get back at it asap.

I would like to thank all MFP Community for the GREAT advise. More protein & good fats, lots of water, increase calories for a .5 lbs./week loss and add more fibre. I can try all of these suggestions. Will start today! There is more to weight lose & maintenance than a realize. Will also try to increase my activity.

I think eating 1300 calories / day should be enough to keep me full, not so. It's a continual struggle. When will my body realize that this weight is my new normal?? Not sure what the "other" hungry is and never heard the term "hungry to lose moe weight". I'm just plain old HUNGRY.
