Sounds like some fancy French word for bread. Light string cheese I love and was surprised it only had 50 calories and 7g of protein to boot! I also noticed in my quest for more protein rich foods that a bag of jerky has 42g (jacks links) and only 240 calories for the entire bag; a great snack.

+1 to ON standard gold, lots of flavored and mixes well, I just got my tub of mocha cappuccino and it tastes spot on. I believe bodybuilding.com has the most reasonable prices.

I'm sure everyone does a cheat day a little differently, it's all up to you how much you really want to get off of your schedule. Lost 100lbs in 10 months, but it was about 5 years ago. Since then I've maintained the 100lb lost and and my lowest weight, was 110lbs lighter than I was at the beginning of 2009.
