I agree with all the other posts here. I've just completed W6D3 and the trick is to keep it slow. This is my second go at this workout as I went too fast last time and burned out. Thank you so much, Jus. I felt like I'd failed when I couldn't do W6D3 and am now redoing both D2 and D3. Now I'm just going to be taking each as it comes and if I have to re-do I just need reminding that it's not a bad thing and I just need to work a little more at it. I was built for comfort, not for speed.
