This is some of the meal prep I did yesterday. I don't do every meal but enough that I don't have any excuse not to eat healthy. I have roasted chicken, baked salmon and a couple breakfasts with just eggs.

I run 3+ miles 3-4x a week, and alternate weight training and punching bag 4-5x a week. I like to mix things up so I don't get board. On days that I run super hard I don't lift. Fitness test done 1 mile- 9:43 Push-ups full:8 /half:21 Squats w/ 10lbs: 70 Plank: 43:47sec S&R: 15in (not sure if I did that right) Did the Bo video. Not going to lie, I ended up just watching most of it cause he was hard to follow. I'm doing great with my weekly goals.

Every year I get a ton of apples and make unsweetened apple sauce (I use it for baking and cooking), apple chips and apple pie filling that I use in gift baskets around Christmas.
