Thursday's goals: - continue to eat well on the whole - it's my birthday so will allow myself some treats and I will choose them consciously - be grateful and mindful of how lucky I am in life

Achieved and managed to exercise despite injuries. Another really 'good food' day. Feeling less sluggish and as though I'm doing myself good. :-)

Wednesday's goals: 1. Eat what my body needs, not what my emotions want 2. Continue reducing calorie count back towards my old daily goal. And... remember to be grateful for all that I have, for my upcoming birthday and all the friends and family I will see this week. So lucky.

Achieved all. Am even slightly under calorie target which I find tough on non - bootcamp days. My evening trick was to spiralise a courgette into 'spaghetti' to eat with my veggie quorn sauce. Very tasty and saves a tonne of calories by avoiding pasta. Root canal surgery went v well thanks. Painfree while in the chair. The…
